The New York premiere of Los Que Se Quedan is presented in collaboration with the Mexican Cultural Institute. A documentary about the families of eleven men, women, and children from different regions of Mexico who have crossed the border to the United States in search of better opportunities, the film beautifully explores the melancholy, memories and identity of those who remain and who continue to wait for their loved ones to return.
