1. Andrew Padilla made a motion to rename the southeast corner of East 129th Street and Fifth Avenue Ann Petry Place. The motion was seconded by Robert Perkins and passed unanimously.

2. Yolanda Brown made a motion to rename the southwest corner of East 118th Street and First Avenue Giuseppina ‘Josie’ Santo Way. The motion was seconded by Andrew Perkins and passed unanimously.

3. Las Delicias Mexicanas Corp. Application to renew and alter a full liquor license #1262328 for restaurants located at 2107-2109 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10029 (115th Street)

The alteration is to add another room to accommodate more people. The new alteration will hold approximately 75 people. All documents were received. A motion to approve was made by Carlos Diaz and seconded by Edwin Marcial. Motion passed.

4. Side Park Cafe Corp. Corporate Change application for full liquor license #1294566 for a restaurant located at 1230 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10029 (104th Street)

This corporate change will be turned over to one person. The person turning it over will remain until the corporate change is approved by the SLA. All documents were received.

A motion to approve by Celia Ramirez and seconded by Edwin Marcial. Motion passed.

5. Teamworkon3 LLC dba Teamworkon3. Application for a class change from a wine, beer, & cider license #1303294 to a full liquor license for a restaurant located at 2007 Lexington Avenue New York, NY 10035 (122nd Street)

This class change is to upgrade to a Full Liquor License. There is a stipulation that no alcohol is to be outside at any time. Also, there was a condition to remove the seating in front of the establishment. All documents were received.

A motion was made to approve according to the conditions set forth. The motion was made by Carlos and seconded by Edwin. Motion passed.

6. D&C Coffee Inc. dba Daniel and Company Coffee Shop Food and Drinks. New Application for a wine, beer, and cider license for a restaurant located at 2315 Second Avenue, New York, NY 10035 (119th Street)

All documents were received. A motion to approve was made by Carlos Diaz and seconded by Edwin Marcial. Motion passed.

7. AZK Restaurant Inc. dba Three Guys Restaurant. Application to renew a wine, beer, & cider license #1028167 for a restaurant located at 49 East 96th Street (Madison Avenue)

This renewal received all the documents required.

A motion to approve was made by Carlos Diaz and seconded by Celia Ramirez. Motion passed.

8. El Nuevo Caribeno Inc. dba El Nuevo Caribeno Restaurant. Application to renew a full liquor license #1308794 for a restaurant located at 1675 Lexington Avenue, York, NY 10029 (105th Street)

All documents required were received for this renewal. A motion to approve was made by Carlos Diaz and seconded by Celia Ramirez. Motion passed.

All documents required for the renewal was received. A motion to approve was made by Carlos Diaz and seconded by Celia Ramirez. Motion passed.

This application has been withdrawn; therefore, this application was denied. A motion to deny was made by Celia Ramirez and seconded by Carlos Ramirez. Motion approved

11. K International Trading INC dba Piatto D’oro. Application to renew a full liquor license #1148784 for a restaurant located at 347 East 109th Street, New York, NY 10029 (First Avenue)

This application has been withdrawn; therefore, this application was denied. A motion to deny was made by Celia Ramirez and seconded by Carlos Diaz. Motion passed.

All documents for this renewal was received. A motion to approve was made by Celia Ramirez and seconded by Carlos Diaz. Motion passed.
