The committee recommends this application be approved (Motion by Febbraro, seconded Marcial and passed.

The applicant did not appear as requested by the committee and withdrew their 30-day notice, therefore the committee recommends this application be denied (Motion by A. Mack, seconded by Celia Ramirez and passed).

Application for a Class Change to a wine and beer license (#1292951) for a restaurant located at 123 East 110th Street, Store 4, New York, NY 10029 (Lexington Avenue). The committee recommends this application be approved (Motion by Diaz, seconded by Kiros-Petrucci and passed).
