Public Hearing: 2019 Consolidated Plan
The City of New York’s Proposed One-Year Action Plan for its 2019 Consolidated Plan Program Year (Public Comment Version).

To obtain your comments on the City’s use of its federal HUD funds, two events have been scheduled which are:

The 30day public comment period on the Proposed Action Plan began May 7, 2019 and has been extended to June 7, 2019.

In addition, a public hearing will be conducted on the Proposed Action Plan on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, which will begin approximately at 5:30 p.m., in NYC City Planning Commission Hearing Room, Lower Concourse, 120 Broadway, Manhattan. The public hearing will be followed by a question and answer session with City agency representatives in attendance.

The 2019 Proposed Consolidated Plan One-Year Action Plan will consists of three volumes: Executive Summary; One-Year Action Plan; and, Appendices.

Written comments on the 2019 Proposed Consolidated Plan One-Year Action Plan should be sent by close of business, June 7, 2019 to:

Comments received by the end of the comment period (close of business) regarding the use of these federal funds will to be summarized and Agencies’ responses incorporated into this document for submission to HUD.
