apartments now available and to replenish its waiting list at 245 East 124th Street in the East
Harlem section of Manhattan. This building was constructed through the Inclusionary Housing
Program of the City of New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD)
and the New Housing Opportunity Program (NHOP) of the New York City Housing Development
Corporation.

Qualified Applicants will be required to meet income guidelines and additional selection criteria.
