East Harlem Arts Festival/Hacia Afuera Outdoor Art & Music Festival

This year, Manhattan Community Board 11 will be working with Art for Change to present:

Hacia Afuera

Taking Back Our Streets Through the Arts 

This event will showcase the best in East Harlem Arts and Culture.   The event is an incredible opportunity for East Harlem to showcase its arts and culture to the rest of the city.

The day-long festival, on 106^th Street between Third and Park Avenues and other venues throughout the district, will bring together artists, food vendors, and community organizations as a way to celebrate and strengthen the cultural infrastructure in East Harlem.
