5th Annual East Harlem Arts Festival - May 18th - REGISTER NOW!!!

Manhattan Community Board 11, State Senator Jose M. Serrano and Art for Change proudly present the 5th Annual East Harlem Arts Festival.

The annual event takes place on 106th Street and is now being expanded to include an extra block of vendors and another stage. The Headlining Acts will be announced soon.

As always vending space is FREE but you are expected to bring your own table.
