Committees

Most of the work of a community board happens in its committees where members discuss proposed projects and programs, receive updates from agencies, and hear feedback from community residents and stakeholders.

Committees typically meet monthly and are headed by a committee chair. Committees issue recommendations for resolutions, letters, and policy positions, which are then ratified by a vote of the Full Board.

External parties wishing to be added to a committee meeting agenda should complete a Request for Committee Presentation Form and submit it to the respective staff liaison.
