The Youth & Education Committee advocates for funding, programs, and policies that benefit youth. We advocate for youth leadership, academic excellence, and knowlegde or social justice issues in our community. We seek to develop and maintain positive relationships with all local stakeholders. We strive to give a direct voice to the youth of this community and assist them consistent with our mission and goals.

Goals

• Increase youth attendance and participation in CB11 Youth & Education Committee;
• Conduct community board forums that address the needs of youth;
• Conduct activities and advocate to support the needs of youth; and
• Facilitate safe spaces for peer mentorship
