The New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”) is requesting applications (the “Event Space Operator Application”) to manage, maintain, market and secure the event
space and theatre space (Approximately 8,283 Square Feet located at 1680 Lexington Avenue (106th Street), Manhattan, New York pursuant NYCEDC’s lease with the City of New York.
